How will I recevie my tickets?
Venue Parking Passes
Parking Made Easy for Big Events
Secure your parking in advance for large events! When available, parking passes can be added during your ticket purchase. For details and to buy a pass, visit the official concert website. Parking transfers are not available.
How It Works:
Enter your license plate number when purchasing your pass.
On event day, look for the removable cone marking your reserved spot.
Move the cone and park—it’s that simple!
Can I reassign my ticket.
It's is possible for organizers to reassign tickets with the new attendee's details. You should call 337.347.9224 within 48 hours of the event.
How can I join the club?
Easily. Click the "Register in 1 Minute" button. Decide your membership level; Gold or Titanium then enroll.
Can I cancel my membership and get a refund?
The Gold membership is FREE with no need to cancel. The Titanium Membership can be canceled at any point in time. Fee is not refundable.

How long is my membership?
Gold member does not expire. A titanium member befenfits last 1 year. The fee is an annual fee. In the case that annual fee for Titanium membership is not paid, the membership defaults to a Gold Member.
How much is membership options?
Gold is free. Titanium is $500 annually.
